Gables Waterway
Gables Waterway is a beautiful luxury estate community. We created a brand that embodied the refinement and elegance of the Coral Gables neighborhood it sits in. A pattern was also created as a secondary element to the brand. It was styled as a subtle nod to mediterranean-style tiles that are prevalent in the area. The brand we created was then translated into both print and web mediums. This branding project was done in partnership with Soffer and Friends.
